Pay rent

Rent is due by the 1st OF EVERY MONTH. We have a courtesy 5 day grace period. There is a $50 late fee for all rent paid thereafter.

WE DO NOT ACCECPT PARTIAL PAYMENTS. Please pay in full once instaed of several small payment.

Below are acceptable ways to pay rent at this time:
