Failure to habitually follow below rules will result in recourse and possible termination.
Noise: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily. Keep music, televisions, and conversations at respectful volumes.
Common Areas: Hallways, stairways, and lobbies must remain clear; do not leave personal items unattended. Report any damage or issues immediately to management.
Trash Disposal: Dispose of trash only in designated areas and receptacles.
Pets: Pets must be approved by management. Dogs must be leashed in common areas, and owners must promptly clean up after their pets.
Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas, including apartments, hallways, and common spaces. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
Parking: Park only in designated parking spots. All vechicles must be kept in working order.
Guests: Residents are responsible for their guests' conduct.
Maintenance: Report maintenance issues promptly via the provided maintenance request system. Do not attempt to repair building fixtures or utilities yourself.
Safety and Security: Do not prop open exterior doors or security gates. Report suspicious activity to management or authorities immediately.
Laundry Facilities: Laundry rooms are open between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM. Remove your laundry promptly after each cycle to allow others to use machines.
Landlord Entry: Management reserves the right to enter apartments for inspections, repairs, or emergencies with appropriate prior notice, except in cases of emergency where notice may not be feasible.
Use of Common Facilities: Residents and their guests may use common facilities responsibly and must clean up after use. Follow posted instructions or guidelines for each facility.
Cleanliness: Residents must maintain cleanliness within their apartments, balconies, patios, and adjacent spaces. Unsightly clutter, debris, or hazardous conditions are prohibited.
Utility Conservation: Residents are encouraged to conserve utilities by turning off lights, reducing water usage, and reporting leaks or other utility issues promptly.
Loitering: Loitering in hallways, stairwells, entrances, parking areas, and common areas is strictly prohibited.
Illegal Substances: The use, possession, or distribution of illegal drugs or substances is strictly prohibited on the premises.
